Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive in Myrtle Beach
Travel to Myrtle Beach today where you check into your oceanfront hotel for a three night stay. Dinner is on your own this evening.
Day 2 – Blackbeard’s Treasure Hunter – Pirates Voyage Dinner Show
This morning will be free to enjoy the beach or swim in the pool. You could also schedule shopping time or a round of golf.
AHOY MATEY’S, this afternoon, you board Carolina’s largest pirate ship, Blackbeard’s Treasure Hunter, for an adventure you will never forget! This pirate adventure begins on the dock, where your little mates transform into buccaneers, with pirate mustaches, pirate tattoos, and more.
Once the cruise begins, you will be on the lookout for Blackbeard’s Treasure. Aaaarrgghh! You will be havin’ some unwanted company, Bad Billy Bones (the dirty rotten scoundrel) is also hot on the trail of the lost treasure and has stolen the key to the treasure chest. The fearless pirate crew, along with your little buccaneers, must find the booty (treasure) before Bad Billy Bones & force him into surrendering the key (by any means necessary). Once you defeat the enemy and capture the treasure, you will celebrate like pirates and raise the Jolly Roger (victory flag), sing & dance, play some games, open the treasure chest and share some of the booty.
Then you celebrate the Pirate Spirit with fun and adventure at Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. Before the show starts enjoy a fun, interactive experience in Pirates Village! Thar be a real pirate sing-a-long of all yer favorite seaside songs, amazing balancing acts, fantastic juggling, live animals, audience participation and much more. Ye won’t want to miss a moment; it’s all part of the fun of being a pirate!
At the Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, you join Captain Blackbeard, the most famous pirate to ever sail the seven seas, and his quartermaster Calico Jack as they lead the Crimson and Sapphire crews in an epic battle for lost treasure on land, on deck, in water and high above full-sized pirate ships in a 15 foot deep indoor hideaway lagoon! Ye will thrill at the swashbuckling excitement of spectacular acrobatic competitions, aerial feats, sea lions, tropical birds, beautiful mermaids and much more! Which camp takes the treasure may be up to you as ye cheer me buccaneers to victory, all while ye enjoy a fabulous four-course feast! (B,D)
Day 3 – Boardwalk & SkyWheel – Ripley’s Aquarium – Medieval Times Dinner Theater
Today, you visit the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Start with a ride on the Skywheel. Towering nearly 200 feet above the oceanfront boardwalk in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the SkyWheel is the only one of its kind on the Grand Strand, which means you get a rare bird’s eye view for miles of breathtaking skyline and sky-blue Atlantic waters. You will then have time to explore the Boardwalk. Over a mile long, it is home to festivals and events, including Ocean Boulevard’s Hot Summer Nights located at Plyler Park in the heart of the downtown area. Always a family favorite, the boardwalk provides oceanfront views of the pristine beach line, numerous shops, entertainment options and restaurants along its path.
Next, visit Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach. View thousands of intricately colored fishes from the tropical islands, Pacific Giant Octopus, living corals, green sea turtles, sharks and more. Spend the afternoon at Broadway at the Beach featuring restaurants, shopping, rides, exhibits and other attractions.
Tonight, enjoy the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. Surrender to an age of bravery and honor and witness epic battles of steel and steed during our ALL-NEW SHOW. From ringside seats, discover a feast of the eyes and appetite with more action, more fun & more excitement than ever before. As you thrill to a rousing live jousting tournament, marvel at awe-inspiring horsemanship and falconry, Medieval Times serves a four-course meal fit for royalty. (B,D)
