Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive Branson – Choice of Evening Shows
On arrival in Branson your group will check into a first class hotel for a three night stay. Dinner will be included for your group either as part of a Dinner Show, or prior to a show at one of Branson’s many other theaters. (D)
Day 2 – Top of The Rock – Branson Scenic Railroad – Oak Ridge Boys
This morning you visit the Top of the Rock you visit The Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum. One exhibit takes you to a time when massive pre-historic animals roamed the area. Another houses one of the most significant collections of Native American artifacts in the world. You ride in electric vehicles to the Rock Lost Canyon Cave. This self-guided Nature Trail is a 2.5-miles long where you will also cross 2 amazing bridges, see stunning rock formations, beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and waterfalls. Inside Lost Canyon Cave there is a “Bat Bar” if you want to grab a drink or beverage.
Next, you have time for lunch and shopping at Branson Landing, including a chance to do a little sampling at Smith Creek Moonshine.
Then you ride through the foothills aboard the Branson Scenic Railway. Enjoy the vivid shades of autumn as you roll through tunnels, over trestles, across the hills and hollows of the Ozarks you enjoy the nostalgia of a train trip.
Ending the day your group will have a dinner cruise on Showboat Branson Belle. This four-deck, showboat-style paddlewheeler seemingly transports you to the days of riverboating along the Mississippi. It offers panoramic views of the Lake and hillsides that are especially wonderful this time of year. Then while you listen to the musical troupe and enjoy the show, you will be able to dine upon a delicious meal. (B,D)
Day 3 – Silver Dollar City – Showboat Branson Belle
Today is devoted to Silver Dollar City Branson’s #1 attraction. You will spend your morning and afternoon here. This 1880s-style theme park has 30 thrilling rides & attractions, 40 live shows daily, 60 unique shops, a dozen family restaurants and over 100 demonstrating craftsmen. There’s plenty to keep you busy.
The evening begins with dinner at a local restaurant followed by an unforgettable night at the Mansion Theater with Oak Ridge Boys. They are in town for only a few shows this fall. So book early with us and get your seats reserved
Oak Ridge Boys Show dates are: Sept 22-23, 29-30, Oct 6-7, 13-14, 20-21, Nov 3-4 and 10-11. (B,D)
Day 4 – College of the Ozarks – Depart
Today begins with The Ralph Foster Museum at the College of the Ozarks. This is a collection of artifacts on the Ozark Mountains culture. You will find antiques, dolls, clocks, music items, a large firearms collection, natural history, and the Beverly Hillbillies truck from the TV series. You also visit the Fruit & Jelly Kitchen where College Students produce fruitcakes on jellies and apple butter.
Then with a late morning departure you are bound for home. (B)
